Company and Employee Contributions
DDR and its employees donate to a variety of charitable causes and the company matches eligible employee gifts. The DDR Employee Gift Match program maximizes the impact of employee charitable giving by matching dollar for dollar the charitable donations made by employees to eligible non-profit organizations.
In 2011 DDR donated thousands of dollars to worthwhile organizations in our communities.
